The QIES system (QTSO help desk) assigns the FAC_ID to swing bed units. The submitted value must match the FAC_ID in the QIES Assessment Processing System for the facility or provider. b) A user submitting a file for a provider must be authorized to submit for the provider identified by the FAC_ID item in the file. |
